I learned a lesson in specificity as we begin the current renovation… Yes, I’m one of those people. I experimented with the concept of “putting it out there”. At the time, I had no issues with asking the Universe for guidance. A summer visit last year to a gorgeous upstate NY home sealed the deal in my mind – I wanted a “mountain house” versus a “shore house”. I started throwing it out there. “Dear Universe,” I’d begin. “Help me find a mountain house.” I’d state it affirmatively. I’d visualize trees, giant rocks, a creek…

Guess what! We got a “Mountain House”!

The house we ended up finding and are about to renovate is a hundred year old garage in South Philly.

It is on Mountain Street.

I love The Universe.
