The new third floor includes access to the Master Suite, Front Deck and Back Deck.
3 large Wasco Skylights cover the Atrium Staircase with 3 large north-facing windows in the public hallway.
The Front Deck is at the top of the stairs, right off the Kitchen and Living floor below.
The Master Suite is organized to allow for secluded sleeping in the Master Bedroom, with a Master Bathroom and Walk-In Closet through a private hallway. This allows one person to continue sleeping while the other gets ready between the bathroom and closet.
There’s a smaller Back Deck off the private suite. We’re thinking a small herb/vegetable garden and sunbathing with the south-facing sun.
