J: (Takes mic) Here is our first blog: PhillyRowHomeReno.com. Last time we did this was a few years ago. We renovated an ailing Philadelphia row home.  It took 14 months-ish. We loved re-making and eventually living in that house. So, after selling the place and a quick jaunt to Brooklyn and back, we are excited to get started again.
